Sjoerd joined Eden McCallum in 2026 after twelve years at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he was a Partner. He has extensive experience across financial institutions, consumer goods and retail, having worked with clients across Europe, Africa and Australia.

Sjoerd particularly enjoys complex challenges where strategy and execution come together – translating strategic ambition into pragmatic plans and working closely with clients to deliver tangible results. He has an engineering background and an entrepreneurial mindset, having founded his own IT business before joining BCG.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, sailing, skiing, and taking on the occasional ambitious DIY project.
