Rosanne has led strategy development and organisational change programmes for more than 30 years. She has deep experience in UK retail and leisure, and in travel and business services internationally. She spent 5 years in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, and also works in retail financial services.

She started her career with BCG in London and became a Partner in the Retail and Consumer Goods practice. Following BCG she spent 5 years with Quintiles (now IQVIA). From 2014-18 she was Group Strategy Director for SSP plc where she developed the Group’s strategy for shareholder value creation and was responsible for driving operational improvement programmes across the organisation globally.

Rosanne has worked with Eden McCallum since 2002, overseeing projects in the consumer and B2B services sectors, with a focus on corporate strategy and value creation. She is a Non Executive Director of Allianz Insurance plc and Rothschild Diamonds.
