Maud joined Eden McCallum’s Talent Team in June 2026.

Before joining Eden McCallum, she spent eight years at Bain & Company, advising clients across a variety of industries with a particular focus on people, organisational change and transformation. During her time at Bain, she also held a full-time role within the Staffing and Professional Development team, where she was responsible for consultant staffing and talent development. Together, these experiences gave her a deep understanding of both client needs and consultant aspirations.

At Eden McCallum, she draws on this perspective to help connect exceptional talent with the right opportunities.

Outside of work, Maud enjoys spending time with family and friends. You’ll often find her enjoying a coffee while watching her children at the playground, taking a Rocycle class, hosting dinners with her husband, discovering one of Amsterdam’s many restaurants, or sharing a good glass of wine with friends.
