Following an engineering degree from Delft University, Heleen spent 12 years with McKinsey in Amsterdam.

After McKinsey, she went to Numico as Global Strategy Director, where she worked with global functions and countries to develop the aggressive growth strategy.

In 2008, Heleen launched the Dutch Eden McCallum office together with Marjon Wanders. With a passion for developing pragmatic strategies and performance improvement programmes, she enjoys working with clients, particularly in the consumer goods, media, industrial and services sectors.

Heleen enjoys good food and wine and has recently picked up tennis again.
