Frances is an experienced financial services consultant with particularly deep expertise in wealth management and retail financial services.

After an early career at Lloyds Banking Group, Frances gained over 30 years’ consulting experience with OC&C, Gemini Consulting (CGEY) and as an independent consultant. A Vice-President and key member of the global FS leadership team at Gemini Consulting, she has worked for over twenty years at Board and Executive level at major European financial services players, especially in France, Spain, Benelux, and Scandinavia, in addition to the UK.

Her clients have included private banks / wealth managers, asset managers and retail banks, focusing primarily on strategy development including go-to-market strategies, D2C strategy, organisation restructuring and operating model design.

As an expert in her field, she has led a number of projects serving our financial services clients across Europe to address their most important strategic challenges.
