Dhruv graduated from the University of Nottingham with a BSc in Economics, followed by an MA in International Security and Terrorism. He went on to spend a year at Amazon in operations management, where he led performance improvement initiatives for several last-mile delivery partners, before joining Eden McCallum in September 2025.

Outside of work, Dhruv trains in mixed martial arts several times a week and enjoys hiking, often taking on multi-day wild-camping expeditions.
