Desiderius (Dees) holds a Bsc in Econometrics and Operations Research and master’s in Econometrics & Management Science both from the Erasmus University Rotterdam. Prior to joining, Dees gained experience as a student consultant at Blackbear and as an internship at Simon-Kucher. Afterwards he led projects for Torqx Capital Partners and Shoe Investments on topics concerning sustainability, commercial growth and pricing. In his spare time Dees likes to watch rugby, play the drums, collect vinyl and play chess. As a result of an exchange to Brazil, Dees also speaks (Brazilian) Portuguese fluently.
