Dena grew up in Toronto and joined McKinsey there following her MBA; she transferred to Frankfurt, then London, where she served clients in retail and financial services and co-led McKinsey’s global CRM practice.

Dena joined Condé Nast International as Director of Strategy and Planning. She and Liann founded Eden McCallum in 2000.

Dena works closely with clients in the Retail, Financial Services, Media and Business-to-Business services sectors. She holds an MBA from INSEAD, an MPA from Princeton School of Public and International Affairs, and a BA from the University of Toronto.

Dena is an avid Boris Biker, and when not in London she can be found enjoying the Oxfordshire countryside with her family.
