David is a consulting partner and former physician with more than 20 years’ experience in strategy across pharmaceuticals, healthcare and a range of other industry sectors.

Following his early career as a medical doctor, David joined Novartis in a pharmacovigilance role. He then started his consulting career at McKinsey & Company before transferring to Bain & Company, where he specialised in strategy, organisation and change management. He subsequently worked at Accenture as a senior executive in their operations strategy and operational excellence group.

An independent consultant since 2008, David has been leading Eden McCallum projects since 2010. He has a reputation as a strong strategic thinker, helping clients to bring process and structure to strategic issues, and facilitate management teams to make decisions.

David is a member of the Royal College of Physicians and has a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Melbourne, and a Master of Philosophy in Political Thought from Cambridge University.
