Daljit joined the Eden McCallum Talent Team in 2022 and focuses on building great teams for our clients. Daljit started her career with LEK Consulting, before joining Eden McCallum as a Junior Manager. She subsequently left to support the turnaround of Mothercare as Head of Strategy. She then joined GLH Hotels as Head of PMO leading the transformation of their prestigious London estate. Following a stint as an Independent Consultant where Daljit delivered strategy, operational improvement, cost reduction and transformation projects for retail, hospitality and consumer goods sectors Daljit re-joined Eden McCallum. Daljit holds a Masters degree in Economics and Management from Keble College, The University of Oxford. Outside of work, Daljit enjoys spending time spending time with family and friends, taking long walks and cooking.
