Aimée is a former MAC Group/Gemini Consulting strategy partner, and has over 25 years’ experience in strategy development across sectors, most notably real estate, travel and leisure and financial services.

Formerly a Vice President within MAC Group/Gemini Consulting’s strategy practice, Aimée went on to work over a number of years with European travel group TUI, supporting them on strategy, distribution, and operational excellence.

Aimée has been working with Eden McCallum for over a decade and has led major projects for our clients across sectors, with a particular track record in projects linking strategy and operations. She is also a non-executive director at leading European outlet mall developer/manager McArthur Glen.
