Beth initially joined Eden McCallum in 2009, before taking a 3-year hiatus in 2018 to travel and pursue an interest in teaching. After qualifying as a primary school teacher, she decided she missed working in a business environment and returned to Eden McCallum in 2021. As part of the Talent Team, her current focus is on building exceptional project teams, alongside shaping and improving our internal systems and processes. Beth holds a BA Hons in History of Art and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education.

Outside of work, Beth enjoys taking her dog on long walks in the countryside and travelling to explore different cities and cultures (especially their art galleries).
