Originally from New Zealand, Micaela began her career within the public sector before relocating to London in 2023 to broaden her international experience. Since moving to the UK, she has worked for global organisations in the events and media sectors, and joined Eden McCallum in March 2025.

Outside of work, Micaela has a strong interest in reading, art, literature, and history. True to her Kiwi roots, she is also an avid supporter of the All Blacks.
