Hilary founded our NGO Partnership in 2007 when she was a Partner at Eden McCallum working mainly with clients in the retail and private equity sectors. Now independent, Hilary continues to lead our NGO Partnership, managing our third sector client relationships, scoping and overseeing our projects and teams, and building the programme.

Hilary began her career in finance with BZW. She went on to Bain working on strategy projects across a broad range of sectors. She then moved to Cazenove Private Equity where she was responsible for making and managing investments in European technology, media and telecoms companies.

These days Hilary combines her Eden McCallum work with other, advisory roles, while also enjoying time with her young family and growing menagerie.
