Lara is Manager in the Talent Team at Eden McCallum since February 2023, supporting the Client Partners by building the best teams for our projects.

She started her career at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she worked for several years as strategy consultant. After that she worked as an Independent Consultant and as a Trainer & Coach within different organisations. Her enthusiasm to build & sustain relationships and share in people’s life stories, in combination with her eagerness to solve puzzles, led her to join the Talent Team.

Lara has a Master’s degree in Logic, focused on Game Theory, from the University of Amsterdam.

She is very passionate about living out and sharing her faith in the Bible. Lara also loves scuba diving, sunshine and walks on the beach.
