Chantal joined the Talent Team in 2021 to help Eden McCallum deliver great client service by building exceptional teams.

Prior to this she was working as an international HR Project Manager at Interxion, a data centre services company, where she led and supported a variety of HR projects. Before that she was a recruiter at EY– Parthenon (formerly known as OC&C Strategy Consultants) in the Benelux, where she managed all aspects related to recruitment as well as rebranded their employer brand after the merger.

She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam.

Outside of work, Chantal loves playing tennis and is an enthusiastic “foodie” – she has accepted the challenge of travelling around the world to complete the “150 restaurants you need to visit before you die” list.
