Our programme leads are veterans of delivery in line roles as well as in consulting, and blend with internal teams so that implementation is delivered from within, driving results that stick. We work with teams to design the overall programme, structuring workstreams, project charters, and the overall masterplan including timelines, milestones, workstream interfaces, and governance. We can kick start programmes and then hand over to internal teams or support clients over a longer horizon to deliver the full programme, resourcing this flexibly and creatively as required, often leading the programme office and a number of complex workstreams.
