Eden McCallum welcomes Solidaridad into our NGO Partnership
We are delighted to have signed an MoU with Solidaridad officially welcoming the charity to our NGO Partnership, enabling us to support them with pro bono consulting support. Solidaridad is the 4th charity to join our NGO Partnership alongside Impetus, The Royal Foundation, and Virgin Unite. The pro bono support we provide these charities is made possible by our incredibly talented pool of independent consultants, who volunteer their time and skills to support on numerous projects. “Giving back through pro bono work for NGOs is an important part of the contribution we as a firm want to make to a sustainable future, and we are delighted to have formalised this partnership with Solidaridad, which we have been building for the last year” – Joris van Osselaer, Client Partner, Eden McCallum.
Solidaridad works in over 40 countries worldwide with more than 1200 staff to create fair and sustainable supply chains. Inspired by 50 years of solidarity with under-resourced producer communities, it enables farmers, miners and workers to earn a decent income, shape their own future, and produce in balance with nature. Since the launch of Eden McCallum’s NGO Partnership in 2008, our analysts and independent consultants have delivered nearly 200 pro bono projects. We have supported more than 80 charities with strategy, organisation design and operational improvement advice, helping to develop their capabilities, improve the effectiveness of their frontline programmes, and better deliver on their missions.
