My time at Eden McCallum has been characterized by opportunities to grow, challenging myself, and creating tangible impact for our clients. Since starting as an analyst over 3 years ago, my journey has been defined by variety, collaboration, and a steep learning curve—elements that make working here incredibly rewarding.

From the outset, I have been immersed in projects that span different industries and geographies. Over the past four years, I have worked with SMEs, private equity firms, and cooperatives across sectors like high-tech, media, agri- and horticulture, IT, and financial services. Each engagement presents a unique puzzle, requiring tailored solutions to complex strategic challenges. The diversity of work keeps me constantly engaged and ensures that no two weeks are the same.

Eden McCallum’s lean model provides exposure to high-impact work from day one. I have had the chance to take on responsibilities typically reserved for more senior roles in larger firms. Whether it’s designing facilitating workshops with senior leadership or advising on first priorities on an intended merger, the trust placed in us to deliver is both humbling and empowering. The firm’s commitment to professional development has been instrumental in shaping my growth. Through structured training, mentorship, and real-time feedback, I’ve gained skills in analytics, client management, and storytelling—skills that are transferable and invaluable to any future career.
