The Talent Team manages our most important asset: our people. They attract, select, develop and staff our pool of independent consultants and in-house analysts and associate consultants. And they carefully craft each project team - ensuring the best skills, experience and ‘fit’ for our clients - and leverage our extensive expert network to bring unique expertise to each project.
Our Analysts and Associate Consultants, all part of our Analyst Programme, work alongside our experienced independent consultants and our Client Partners to resolve our clients' most important business issues. The Analyst Programme is a comprehensive training and development programme for recent university graduates.
Our Operations Team and Executive Assistants ensure that our projects run smoothly. The Ops Team keeps the show on the road across Finance, Legal, HR and IT, while our EAs ensure efficiency and responsiveness in all that we do.
