Marking 25 Years of Eden McCallum

We were very proud to celebrate 25 years of Eden McCallum last week with a party at the National Portrait Gallery. It was a fabulous, inspiring evening with so many of the people who have made this all possible, including our outstanding independent consultants, amazing clients, brilliant internal teams, and wonderful friends and family.

The National Portrait Gallery was a very deliberate choice of venue for us: itself a disruptor and innovator, the NPG was the first gallery of its kind, and fittingly, sitter-led, rather than artist-led. Like Eden McCallum, it is all about people.

We created Eden McCallum with the ambition to make consulting better for clients and better for consultants, and in so doing, to build a firm that would be an inspiring place to work. 25 years later, we are proud to have achieved just that.

Independent consulting, described as ‘revolutionary’ at the time, is today a career path that a growing number of the world’s top professionals choose and love. Our clients and consultants tell us that our work has more impact, is better value for money, and more enjoyable. Our independent consultants tell us that they are more personally and professionally satisfied in their careers now.
