Sustainability has been core to Eden McCallum’s ethos and business model since we founded the firm in 2000. Writing our annual sustainability report is a moment to measure tangible progress, uphold our commitment to transparency and accountability, and reflect on our aspirations for the future. We continue to raise our sights in terms of how we deliver against our environmental goals and increase our social impact.

Progress highlights include:

• Being ranked by EcoVadis in the top 1% of management consultancies on environmental sustainability for our leading edge carbon reduction and mitigation approach
• Quantifying the low GHG intensity of our business model at 1 tCO2e per FTE, which is significantly lower than traditional firms
• Trebling the amount of work we are doing with clients on sustainability issues
• Continuing to deliver for independent consultants, 85% of whom are highly satisfied with their careers
• Being a great place to work with a 4.7 Outstanding Glassdoor rating
• Giving back by supporting high-impact organisations through our NGO Partnership, team volunteering and fundraising
