Eden McCallum adds a new Partner and Associate Partner to its Leadership Team
Eden McCallum is delighted to announce two new additions to our Leadership Team, Erik Berden and Claudia Hartley. Erik has joined the Amsterdam office as Partner and Claudia as an Associate Partner in the London office
Erik has most recently worked as Partner for SparkOptimus in the Netherlands after a 15-year career in management consulting at Kearney and BCG Amsterdam with a particular focus on Consumer Goods/Retail and Private Equity. In addition to this, he worked in management roles at Lazada (now part of Alibaba Group) and Unilever.
Erik will be working primarily with clients within Consumer, Private Equity, and Digital. “I am thrilled to be part of the Eden McCallum team and look forward to leveraging my broad mix of consulting and industry experience to realize lasting impact for our clients.”
Claudia was an early adopter of the Independent Consulting model, having first joined Eden McCallum’s talent pool in 2002. She brings extensive international project experience in Corporate Growth/Strategy and Due Diligence across a number of sectors, in particular Retail and Financial Services. Starting her career at L.E.K Consulting, she then went on to work in Venture Capital and as COO of a portfolio company, before returning to management consulting as an independent.
As an Associate Partner in the London office, working with clients primarily on growth strategy, organisational and commercial due diligence issues, Claudia says “it’s great to be a part of the internal team at Eden McCallum. Having seen first-hand how powerful the model and proposition are for clients and consultants, it’s exciting to be able to deliver meaningful results from the other side of the EM-team.”
Dena McCallum, Eden McCallum Co-Founder, added “Erik and Claudia join us with terrific expertise in areas where we are seeing high levels of client demand. Their commercial and independent consulting experience will be terrific assets for the firm, and we are so delighted to be welcoming them both to the leadership team.”
