Eden McCallum announces additions to its Partnership and Leadership team
Eden McCallum has elected Cyrus Ditzel and Helen Williams to its Partnership, and Anna Wanders joins the Eden McCallum Leadership Team as Director of Benelux Operations.
Cyrus Ditzel, a former Principal with the Boston Consulting Group, joined the Eden McCallum team in Amsterdam as Associate Partner in 2016, bringing a wealth of experience across a broad range of industries and topics with a specific focus on consumer goods, marketing & sales, and organisational issues.
At Eden McCallum, Cyrus has played a key role in developing client relationships and ensuring high-quality project delivery at existing and new clients across industries, including consumer goods, health care, technology and telecoms.
As Partner, Cyrus will continue to focus on expanding the firm’s consumer goods practice and accelerating growth across Benelux, as well as spearheading a number of strategic initiatives.

Helen Williams joined Eden McCallum as Head of Selection in 2011, and has been overseeing all of our consultant-focused activities internationally since becoming Director of Eden McCallum’s Consultant Team in 2014. Prior to joining Eden McCallum she spent 9 years with Accenture in London, focusing on strategy and transformation.
As Partner, Helen will continue to be in charge of our international consultant-focused activities, making sure that we build on our successes by continuously attracting the best independent consultants to our curated network, and crafting high-quality, tailored teams for every client engagement that we deliver.

Anna Wanders joined the firm in 2008 to help establish Eden McCallum’s new Amsterdam office, following a career as a consultant with OC&C and McKinsey, where she was most recently Practice Manager of McKinsey’s European Corporate Finance & Strategy Practice.
Building on her practice management experience, which included the professional development of consultants within the practice, her initial role at Eden McCallum was leading the consultant side of the business in the Benelux. Over the last 2-3 years, Anna’s role has shifted to an operations focus as the office continued to grow.
In her role as Director of Benelux Operations, Anna will continue to ensure that the office runs as a well-oiled machine, supporting our client activities and strategy, particularly in the areas of Legal, HR, Finance and PR/marketing, and will work with the international team on continuous improvement of our people and processes in these areas.
