Welcoming ICs to our AI Forum

In June 2025 we hosted our third AI forum with our independent consultants and internal team. These sessions focus on sharing the latest best practice in using generative AI to enhance our everyday work as consultants, drawing on the expertise within our network and our shared experience testing new and specialised applications. We were delighted to host a highly informative session, this time with around 200 of our independent consultants and most of our internal team.

We opened the session with an update from Eden McCallum Partners Cyrus Ditzel and Heleen Wachters on the ways in which Eden McCallum is integrating AI into our projects and internal processes. We went on to explore several use cases drawing effectively on GenAI capabilities.

Our independent consultant Justin Tan, who specialises in guiding organisations and individuals through the opportunities and challenges of AI, shared his insights and tips on storyboarding, drawing on specific tools, and learnings from his experience preparing for complex conversations with a client, which highlighted some of the ‘EQ’ capabilities developing within GenAI. We also explored two deep research cases looking at challenging markets, with Eden McCallum’s analyst Nikki-Rie van der Meer. As a group we discussed the most effective and efficient ways to use the tools, specific techniques to mitigate limitations and hallucinations, and a number of new developments in the platforms’ capabilities.
