Our talent team focuses on growing and managing our talent pool of independent consultants and managing our in-house Analyst & Associate Consultant programme.

 

Buzz joined Eden McCallum in 2014 and leads our Talent Team, who are responsible for building our talent pool of consultants, managing our in-house Analyst & Associate Consultant programme, and shaping great teams for our clients.

Before she joined Eden McCallum, Buzz spent 10 years at McKinsey, initially as a Business Analyst before returning after an MBA at Columbia Business School and time at NTL Interactive through to Associate Principal.  Her work there focused on strategy and performance transformation across a range of industries, predominantly healthcare, public sector and latterly in agriculture. Buzz has also worked for Technoserve in Kenya, Wildlife Conservation Society in New York and as a strategy advisor to Farm Africa.

Outside of work, Buzz loves being outdoors (ideally when the sun is shining!) and is a keen horse-rider, hiker and skier, alongside spending time with her family and on the family farm.

Emma joined Eden McCallum in 2011 with a focus on building our talent pool of independent consultants. She is hugely energised by the conversations she has with consultants and hearing about their rich and diverse experiences and takes real pleasure when they are staffed on their first assignment with Eden McCallum. Prior to joining Eden McCallum, Emma worked at McKinsey & Company. She headed up the international recruiting team, based in London, who attracted and selected students studying at UK universities for all international offices.

Outside of work, you can find Emma training for and participating in 10k and half marathons. She is also a qualified run leader, BASC sports diver and an enthusiastic photographer. She also enjoys travelling.

Catherine joined Eden McCallum’s Talent Team in 2017 with a focus on shaping and building exceptional consultant teams. She additionally holds responsibility for operational improvement across the firm, as well as our relationships with external partners and providers.

Following a degree in Natural Sciences from Durham University, and two years with Teach First on their Leadership Development Programme, Catherine started her consulting career with Capgemini Consulting. As part of their Business Model Transformation practice, she focused on operating model, transformation and change management projects, and worked across a number of industries including retail, financial services and utilities.

Outside of work Catherine is a keen horse rider and runner, and loves spending time in the countryside. An enthusiastic “Foodie”, she enjoys great food and wine and loves to travel to explore these.

James joined Eden McCallum’s Talent Team in 2015 with a focus on building great project teams.

Prior to this, James’ career began at JRBH Strategy & Management (since renamed ‘Board Intelligence’), a boutique strategy consultancy. There he worked as a consultant in industries including Media, Entertainment, and Pharma, later becoming the firm’s Operations Director. He went on to gain an MBA from London Business School.

James has an undergraduate degree in Biology from University College London.

Outside of work, James loves running alongside the Thames and cycling through the French countryside (refuelling on wine and cheese).

Franka joined Eden McCallum’s Talent Team in 2019 as Head of the Benelux, overseeing all of our consultant activities in the Benelux.

Before she joined Eden McCallum, Franka spent almost 6 years at Simon-Kucher & Partners, a strategy consultancy focused on marketing, sales & pricing. There she was a Director and managed a range of projects across sectors such as Consumer Goods, B2B Services, Travel & Leisure and Software. She was also responsible for recruitment and people development for her local office in Amsterdam.

Franka has a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Groningen.

Outside of work, Franka plays korfball (a typical Dutch sport) and loves skiing and exploring new cities and countries.

Sian joined Eden McCallum in 2019 to support the Talent Team with building our Analyst Programme in London, with 2020 seeing our biggest intake yet.  She has since added further support to the team by coordinating onboarding for our independent consultants. Sian enjoys her fast-paced and diverse role, with the highlight being our annual Analyst recruitment cycle.  She also enjoys working cross-office to prepare for our unique onboarding programme for new Analysts.

Prior to joining Eden McCallum, Sian worked for the Digital Team at McKinsey & Company. She worked with the Staffing and Leadership Team to support technology consultants with professional development along with working in the wider HR and mobility teams.

Outside of work, Sian loves a good Zumba class and cycling, along with some martial arts classes. She also keeps busy with her two children and aspires to play the electric guitar at some point, perhaps once the children have left home!

Sara joined Eden McCallum initially in the client team before moving across to the Talent Team in 2015. Her current focus is on shaping and building great project teams.

She began her career in publishing, working with multiple magazine publications in the music industry following a degree in English Literature.

Outside of work, Sara loves trying to keep up with her energetic toddler and, if she has time, baking a cake or two to feed her secret (but unlikely) ambition to enter the Bake Off!

Ritika joined the Talent Team in 2020 to help Eden McCallum deliver great client service by building exceptional teams.

Prior to this, she has 4 years of management consulting experience with the India offices of EY and PwC.  At PwC, she was part of the Consulting Corporate Division headed by the COO focusing on practice management and partner support.  She then moved to EY following her MBA, where she was a Senior Consultant working with the Strategy and Transaction Advisory service lines.  Whilst there, she worked on a range of projects for global companies including IT services, Telecom and B2B services covering post-merger integration, go-to-market, strategy and transformation.

She immensely enjoys boxing and kickboxing in her free time and after following tennis for many years on television, she has now accepted the challenge to play it as well.
