Buzz joined Eden McCallum in 2014 and is responsible for building our talent pool of consultants and shaping great teams.
Before she joined Eden McCallum, Buzz spent 10 years at McKinsey, initially as a business analyst before returning after an MBA at Columbia Business School and time at NTL Interactive. Her work focused on strategy and performance transformation across a range of industries, predominantly healthcare, public sector and latterly in agriculture. Buzz has also worked for Technoserve in Kenya, Wildlife Conservation Society in New York and most recently as a strategy advisor to Farm Africa.
Outside of work, Buzz loves being outdoors (ideally when the sun is shining!) and is a keen horse-rider, hiker and skier.
Following a degree in Natural Sciences from Durham University, Catherine spent two years with Teach First on their Leadership Development Programme.
Catherine subsequently joined Capgemini Consulting as part of their Business Model Transformation practice, where she focussed on operating model, transformation and change management projects, and worked across a number of industries including retail, financial services and utilities.
Catherine joined Eden McCallum’s consultant team in 2017 with a focus on shaping and building exceptional consultant teams.
Outside of work Catherine is a keen horse rider and runner, and loves spending time in the countryside. She enjoys great food and wine and loves to travel to explore these. This year she travelled across Europe to run four half marathons and one full marathon (the latter included 23 wine stops!).
After obtaining his Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology from Leiden University, Mark van Koperen joined Accenture’s Talent & Organisation practice, initially working as change management consultant, but later transferring to the strategy practice. As such, he worked with retail, utility and airline clients to shape and drive their digital HR agenda.
Mark joined Eden McCallum’s consultant team in 2017 to further grow our talent pool and shape successful teams for our projects.
Outside of work, Mark is an enthusiastic bootcamper, spending each Monday evening outside – come rain or shine. He loves his weekend routine: a stroll at the local market with his friends, always ending with a coffee or beer in the same café. Together with his wife, he very much enjoys seeing their son and daughter grow up.
After his undergraduate degree in Biology from University College London, James began his career at JRBH Strategy & Management (since renamed ‘Board Intelligence’), a boutique strategy consultancy. There he worked as a consultant in industries including Media, Entertainment, and Pharma, later becoming the firm’s Operations Director. He went on to gain an MBA from London Business School.
James joined Eden McCallum’s consultant team in 2015 with a focus on building great project teams.
Outside of work, James loves running alongside the Thames and cycling through the French countryside (refuelling on wine and cheese).

Following this, Helen joined Accenture’s strategy group and spent nine years working with Oil, Gas and Utility companies, particularly relating to Business Unit strategy and M&A for clients worldwide.
Helen joined Eden McCallum in 2011 and now oversees all of our consultant-focused activities.
Helen has recently ditched the gym in favour of outdoor workouts in the park and can often be spotted hanging off the monkey bars in all weathers.
